Patch V1
Hello everyone! Now that the Game Jam has just about concluded, me and Admiral Grey had decided to push Patch V1! This patch includes a lot of features that we originally intended to have for our jam submission (but could not implement due to the lack of time) as well as some optimizations. Here is a full list of changes:
-Optimized enemy spawning and pathfinding to reduce lag
-Added sound effects for enemies and towers
-Adjusted tower ranges and damage
-Added Status effects: Ice elemental towers will now slow enemies and Fire elemental towers will cause them to burn and take damage over time, unleash your elemental wrath!
-Added a sideways walking animation for the bigger shadow monster
-Added more starting resources
-Fixed an issue where plants would cause a massive lag spike when growing after a wave
-Slightly increased time between waves
Thats just about it for this patch, we look forward to further improving the game down the line :D
